Case Analysis: Pranav Case Analysis by Ray Ann Bartolome

RAY ANNE DEL P. BARTOLOME

ENTREPRENUERSHIP – PRANAV CASE ANALYSIS

1.    1. Is the problem in case functional or strategic? Explain.
I believe the problem of the case is strategic, it seems that they lack in studying their market. Marketing links producers and consumers together for mutual benefits, it facilitates transfer of ownership of goods and services to consumers. Production will be meaningless if goods produced are not supplied to consumers through appropriate marketing mechanism. I believe applying the 4 P's in marketing would help them improve their tactics in reaching their target customers and their profitability.

I also suggest that they expand their services not only to men's but also to women at all ages. With this they can expand their market and have a great potential to earn more.

2.    2. Are you in favour of splitting the business?
No, the business has a lot of potential it only lacks in marketing strategy. The group already invested a lot of money for this business, so giving up should not be an option. Of course, in any business there is ups and down but I believe he most important is you learn from everything and always improve.
