Bueno Sorte Holdings falters has negative networth since 2017

Lucio Tan and wifes holding company Bueno Sorte has been reportedly red flagged by SGV for having a negative net worth of P25 Billion since 2017.

The said holding company is said to be the one to pour $500 million to rehab the bankrupt airline.  The holding company holds all LT interest in Asia Brewery, Fortune Tobacco and  Philippine Airlines  It has doubled to P60 billion in 2020 largely due to  P20b losses in PAL operations

SGV doubts the ability of the  holding company to be an ongoing concern (or do the $500 million dollar infusion

Adapting to the winds of change under the pandemic threat

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

I know of an officer of a diagnostic center who had so good during the pandemic.   From an x figure prior to the pandemic their revenues rose 8 fold:   they offered antigen tests and RT PCR when they were in their high nearly 5 digits price.  They are tied up with a big local airline

Their stockholders increased in number and called for additional subscription

Now 1.  the covid cases has fallen 120/th of their peak 2.   the RT PCR is no longer required for travel
to tourist destinations  and 3.  such location offer free rapid tests

The said officer indicated that their revenues are declining.  What are they supposed to do

Entrepreneurship is alive and well in the provinces during the pandemic

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

This post got in touch with a local entrepreneur who operates in MM but had to return to the province during the pandemic.   While there there had offer of raw land sales  which they took via pdc.   Now they are developers.

During the pre development stage they were able to sell out the project (subdivsion plots)  They were mostly flipping deals:   hinuhulugan pa lang raw land sold out na ang iba ng collecting millions.  They have modest properties,  4 vehicles one L300, one dump truck, 2 pick ups and 2 MTB.

Now we are discussing jv for a memorial park.

They must be wealthy now   Now I notice some weaknesses:   legalities, financial control and system, and continuity.
