So it was just a list and this post fell for it.  Now that the agent has gotten his commission

of BMI a Fitch Solutions company that Philippines is emerging as manufacturing hub together with Vietnam and Bangladesh.  This is due to improvement of supply chain (before the pier congestion brought about by BOC challenges) created bottlenecks and upgrading of manufacturing skills and capabilities

We have seen the exit of manufacturers from China and where do they migrate to?

1.   In a business, we try to communicate very hard the product, the timelines, the business concept, but it seems that we cant get the message across to the guys who are only thinking of their selfish motives:

     1.  To get a commission from big deal;

     2,   To sell other properties even if the one desired was not delivered;

2.  In  a deal, we were being rushed.  However, the necessary requirements , one of them would be available only by June 20.  We cant be rushed.
