The results today are not result of today's effort

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

Businessmen and their staff must be trained to prepare ahead of time and not do things without planning and spontaneously.  It pays to plan.   Fail to plan and plan to fail.  

If we are to sell, we have build over the long term a culture of customer service,  excellent communication, excellence,  awareness campaign,  and sales effort.  It is a product of hard work.
Some people are of the mistaken belief that like magic results will appear.

In marketing, a marketing campaign's deadline is a month ago.  Not even yesterday.

Low sales is a result of long months or years of neglect  Sales and collection is merely a way of keeping score of our efforts to manage and lead the business.  In sports and business, the score should be a way of getting us motivated to surpass competition or past performance

Expertise in JV

We have managed about half a dozen jv.  We can be very adept in formulating one and explaining one to an agent or a land owner.   Many do not understand the documentation and mechanics

We have successfully managed joint projects for the last two decades.  We are cooking about 2 now.  I hope we can close 2.

5 years ago we were ahead of the memorial business.  It may be that when the entire family meddled in the business, we moved more slowly.   Many cooks spoil the broth.   

Some of the services being sold disappeared:  funeral service, cremation, chapel.  Today we had a gmeet.  The vision statement for C3 (Cremation, columbarium, chapel services) were gone from the mindset of the staff.  More hard work and work outs needed.   We need to synch our understanding 

Baliwag is more successful in expansion of offerings:  siopao, pares, toppings.    We are not so
