Business deals that are not pushing through because of extreme obstacles

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution


1.  One is about legalities.   We need to have the property titled to get LTS from a govt agency   We all ready got the nod of local LGU exec.  But it would not be so because the titling needs to have an approval of two to three entities who have big time claim on untitled properties.  If there are 3, the expenses would be huge.  There is a way to go around it by having proxies, but its risky.

2.  The other one concerns the lack of maturity on the part of the future business partners.  They showed their inability to be on long term mature relationship (as we are experiencing right now)   They are impetuous impulsive and uncontrolled mouths   Our board does not want to do business with them.

Most of the entrepreneurs who were invited in the entrep class mentioned this as the quote that enabled them to succeed.

Businesses should first be founded on the Love of God, and word of His Kingdom.  It means loving other people as thyselves.   So that means:     following the 10 commandments, being honest, of high integrity:
pay wages on time, do not cheat the govt, the customers the employees, do not harm competitors.  Come out with high quality products


The purpose of business is to create customers....

We should keep this thought, this guiding principle as a businessman or entrepreneur.  We should be focused on this purpose.

Thats the value proposition for the business -  to deliver value to the customer.  To deliver gain, and/or reduce, remove pain. 

Watch out therefore when we do not create customers - not engaging in prospecting or customer service practices do not sell, and/or lose customers.

Be wary of engaging too in non customer creating activities:
     1.  Bringing customers to legal system
     2.  Quarrelling with customers
     3.   Engaging in non customer activities -  too much civic activities,  studying businesses that are 
           unrelated.  Get rich scheme,  Luxury goods and others  

          I was guilty of spending too much time in JCI and honestly neglected the business at times

          For others the perks become the main goal and not serving the customers

Our purpose in life is to find our gift and use that gift in the service of others.

In sports as in business, he who serves best wins.
