Great resto - unique expensive and delicious

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

Because of too much traffic, we had to eat some more.  With some 11 team members on board, we had no choice except to find a place to eat, and that was Texas Road house at Arcovia .  It is a part of the Bistro Group TGIF whom I remember for Ittalianis GRAND (Guest Request are Never Denied - but maybe not true anymore because of two requests that were denied.  However it was quite noticeable regarding their positioning;

      1.  Free - peanuts and hot rolls with butter
      2.  Waiters singing and dancing
      3. Exquisite tasting steak, chicken, and other meat.
      4.  Expensive
      5.  Wood theme in the restaurant.
      6.  Sports TV inside.

It is unthinkable how a group of Filipino entrepreneurs were able to put up a very realistic, US Texas experience. for eating

As continuation of triple celebration we went to legendary restaurant run by Engracia Reyes - Aristocrat Resto

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

Three members of the family celebrated birthday this June:   may daughter, my in heaven hipag.  So they brought us to a famous restaurant in Malate Manila along Roxas Blvd.    It was full, refurbished:   new furniture and  utensils, new uniform of staff, focus on cleanliness and customer experience.   We took a function room to accommodate 50 guests.

I guess they did a great effort to reposition the brand.  Many old time favorites become has been and fail to live in the present and be competitive.  Management become complacent and eventually close.

Gongratulations  Inang Aciang Reyes.  Mabuhay ang Resto ninyo.

If anything comes up, may be we can talk... re hazmat and municipal waste

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

I talked to the husband of a mangkin who is an Englishman who used to work as an expatriate in Indonesia.  He says he is looking for a job and his specialty is marketing and business development.  If there is anything that comes up, then we can talk.

I said what I have in mind since I know someone who has made an incinerator and has sold an incinerator to a municipality, I thought of business development marketing of:
      1.  hospital incinerator for has mat
      2.  municipal incinerator cum power gen  -- you need a heat exchanger for this.

Of course the response always to this opportunity seeking brainstorming is - how will it affect carbon footprint and toxic emission.  But its the lesser of two evils:   for hospital having toxic waste or 0 toxic waste, for municipality without landfill -  shall garbage pile up.

I dont think he is up to it nor interested.

I will find a way to get around this goal.
