Future solutions to our vault challenges: cost and heavy weight

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

One of the areas we are trying to solve is a step in a process that requires us to build concrete vaults that are at least 2 tons heavy and required heavy lift machinery, safety protocols and  protection.   It costs us a good 4 number to build plus numerous hours to manufacture store, transport and lower for use

There are numerous solutions being proposed:

1  Same concrete vault but:
1 . Use of wire mesh and do away with 10 mm rebars, Use of  lightweight concrete :  with chemicals foamed concrete and lahar pebbles (1/4). +  styropor sandwhich

   2.  Use of plastic virgin plastic:  Inca plastic, Quotes being awaited.

   3.  Use of vaults, using recycled plastic Stefanie will ask from Gentri
For 2 and 3 we ask from waiver from DOH

4   Concrete panels that are manufactured c/o  JR but are say only 2 inches thick instead of 3 inches, to be delivered as panels in bullk and numbered bolted in site at the excavation to do away with vault hauler.  We need more skilled  workers.

Waste to energy plants - solution to ever increasing garbage volumes

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

Many municipalities are running out of landfills, Very soon we would exporting our solid waste,  The summer capital of the Philippines too has this problem.   The landfills pose many of the problems that are being posed by landfills:   foul odor, leaching, slow decomposition;   effect on air and water pollution.

However high temp burning, thermal facilities can vaporize waste and even convert part of the heat energy into electricity,  Many European municipalities are opting for this solution.

Now if this technology can be perfected and sold to municipality:   1.  thermal plants cum sorting and recycling.  2.  Thermal plants cum sorting, recycling and power gen

Various opportunities from a thermal machine vault maker

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

We had a meeting with the manufacturer of thermal machines, and vault maker in a plush hotel near EDSA.  The price of the brewed coffee was exorbitant -  P400++ per small cup.  It was a way to impress prospects.

We had the following opportunities:

1.  To invest in their business:   like financing for the longer term for ash crypts and thermal machine
2.  Thermal machine for medical hazardous waste;
3.   Trading, margins on ash crypts, thermal machines (for cemeteries, municipal and medical facilites) or commissions only
4.  Plastic vault manufacturing from recycled plastics.

Truly if you have been trained on opportunity seeking and screening, you will find value in your discussion

We ordered 500 ash crypts and 500 ossuary for a Laguna site  a good 7 numbers order
500 for Rizal  (250 ash crypts, and 250 ossuary) We are still nego on DP and balance.   But I told our finance people that on day 1 we have all ready built wealth because their price is only x and the competitors are selling at 6 and there is 100% difference.    That is how you source your materials ...
