They did a better job of documenting the resort where we went to last Monday until yesterday.   We could only afford the discounted least priced room.

Their presidential suite is $3,000 per night.  With own guest room, powder room wow, Bay view.   Really for those who have money to burn.   

Some background:

It is owned by Sunwest Corporation which is owned by Zaldy Salcedo Co.   He is head of Ako Bicol Party List.   (And Father of Kito Co ka team up ni Joey Salcedo.)   Zaldy heads the powerful appropiations committee which allocates funds for construction of major infrastructures.

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution The food was excellent. And the most exciting part, Mt Mayon looks very near. It is near Sumlang lake. From the looks of it, was a rehab swamp land and initiated by the Bo Captain. And from there there were many things that came: water sports, resto, events place and many more. I saw a post by the BSP governor on their visit here with wife. I did not see this when we bided to Bicol 1.5 years ago with Kara David.

It could be applicable to Aurora's kape at Kasinay.  For the glass houses too at property behind her kape.

There were ten others:  my family:  4 and 6 relatives of wife.  It was financed by daughter and her cousin who came from abroad after a long while for the plane fare and resort expenses.

Some business ideas opportunities:

1.  Benchmarking the features of the resort for landscaping, construction, interior design to improve customer experience.

2.   Room features to be incorporated in sales office and chapel family rooms.

3.  Seminal ideas from Socorro at Sumlang Lake in Camalig, and the Farm Plate at Daraga.

     The ATV racket could be a profitable fenture:   P500/15 minutes.     Ahhhh... 

4.   Farm plate at Daraga for partial development of a steep sloping property.  Reportedly owned by Llaguno.   (Did I have a LLaguno classmate in college?)   Tag:  "Happiest Place in Bicol"  (medyo may overhype)

There has to be an ROI for this pleasure trip

Food was expensive and did not taste good. Main attraction was lighting. We could use this idea for the Pililla property for JV? Consultancy.
