l.  Be the best you can be in order to lead;

2.  Dream and dream big;

3.  Lead with your heart;  be real (Teflon not be)

4.  Trust people you lead;

5.  Do the right thing always

6.  Serving the people you lead ;   It is about servant leadership

  1. Leadership means you take the first step and those people or team you are leading will follow without hesitations and doubts on you. In leading people trust and doing the right thing are important. This means that you must practice what you preached. Do what you say and and do it without pretension. Do it because you loved to do it. As a leader you should always look for the welfare of your team. Give them what are due to them and don't hold back. You may be the best sales man in the world but it will not also mean that you are a good leader.
