My wife and her friends went on an extended week end trip to Baler Aurora. The daughter of a friend, public high school principal is at Costa Pacifica Hotel in Baler Aurora, as a food and beverage manager.
The bus company, the hotels, and the developments are alleged to be owned by an elected government official. We were there 10 years ago on a 4x4 expedition. There are still, according to my wife bad roads; the standard of living is still the same.
I posted this because a former student from Scandinavian country, who went to Baler to develop sports tourism from Europe to various PHL destination made a business plan for a John Doe for a surfing resort in the said place. My wife said there is now such a resort.
The main attraction still is the surfing with the 2-3 meter wave that appear in months of Novemeber to March
