Congratulations to the MM Opeman Class under Prof Gus Arguelles and the Opeman cluster under Prof Ralph Ante. It was well attended forum and the speakers were all distinguished: Sec Jericho Petilla of DOE, his Executive Director Patrick Aquino, a senior Officer of ERC, an ADB expatriate and senior officers from Meralco.
