Is offering a real estate to a religious minority a sound business?

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

An acquaintance was toying with the idea of offering a real estate project to a religious minority so that they do not go home anymore to their provincial home to satisfy this need.   His advantage will be that he will have a tax free income and exemption from a license from govt agency if he ties up with the group.

However the provincial population here of the minority is only 17,000.   For entire MM it is 105,000.
Will this target market be enough for his venture if  he has 13,000 inventory.  Can they afford his price of P50,000.?

Shall he push through with his project?

Cheap foodstuffs for breakfast and snacks support those at the edges of society (laylayan ng lipunan)

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

I still patronize the neighborhood carinderia that sells food, snacks, breakfast at the following prices:

                   Lugaw                                                                P10.00
                   Egg (boiled, fried)                                                12.00
                   Pancit  (Canton, Bihon, Malabon)                       15,00
                   Luglog, Spag                                                        15.00
                   Lumpia (togue and shanghai                                10.00
                   Lomi                                                                     15.00
                   Fried rice                                                              15.00

If you are used to P99.00 breakfast, a P299.00 dish in Manila resto, you find this shocking

We are thankful to the entrepreneurs, business owner who continue to serve these affordable dishes, to
alleviate the high prices everywhere.

Mabuhay kayo.   Happy independence day...

Affordable mobile dialysis service BP by Dr. Edu

One of the #sbusinessplans that I am looking forward to see is that of Dr. Edu Tuazon (the #entrepreneur behind #Ralos #cassava cake) on #mobile and #affordable #dialysis.  I hope his example can inspire change in the #mindset of health and medical practitioners.  Maybe the example of #DrDavidShetty on the $10 dialysis (yes you read it right - roughly PHP500) in #Narayana hospital in India, where billions of people are poor and can hardly afford medical care inspired him to write a bp which is very much a #socialenterprise
