I just came across a business idea in the conversation with an investor/lender In Urdaneta.  He lends money with stiff rates and has in the process, acquired many prime properties.  He solicited our help develop and implement  business concepts.  He is 70 years old and not one of his scions is interested in what he is doing.

One such concept that came in is the bridge financing:  Here how it works.

1.  The fund is available to those who need immediate funds to answer their obligations pending:    release of bank loans (that are slow and tedious with endless requirements)  and PDC maturity.

2.  The % is 2 to 3% per month;  (This is much cheaper than bank penalties of 6.25  P2,500/40,000 daud/daif check)  We have sf of 5% which we can share with agents.

3.  The collateral are - bank guarantee or PDC

4.  The selection is based on iron clad character referral from business friends plus BI

5.  The fund source is the retirement income of funds of elderly Chinese who need monthly cash flows.

Can we do this, say set aside 300T for this purpose and solicit retirement fund.  The TRB lending facility sucks and is tedious

We can source the funds from the retirees funds who want monthly income cash flows from investments.  We share 50% of the income with them.

Example of business concept and MVP for a new business we have established

In making a business plan, the entrep students must be able to clarify and crystallize very well the business concept and the business model.  The business concept must be expressed in 50 words or less that describes the product, the target market, and the marketplace.

The business model on the other hand includes:   PTM, customer bond, link, revenues stream, on the communication/customer contact side;   on the supply side:  it contains the partner, the key resources, key activities and major costs.

Our new business connected with our Lending company is marketing, referring, distributing solar aircon; and also financing the acquisition of solar aircon.  The customer's amortization shall be his savings for the use of solar aircon.
