SCHEDULE FOR FEB 9 2013 - MBAH 10

 The operant word today was "Master Baker"

This schedule was followed.

We had fun discussing and having oral recitation/critical analysis of the case.  It is more of an integrating , systemic viewpoint of the activities of the protagonist.  One of the students said it is likened to a car assembly.  When asked what is the tag, the key word, is said it is being "visionary" being an integrator, the ability to see pieces of the business working together.

Then PSG presented their IVs (inspirational videos - not the intravenous....)

We continued the micromarket presentations on coffee shops and Chinese restaurant <we plan to go there instead of the last creative activity> until we had the PDQ presenation for "pan de sal experess".  The presentor kept on repeating "Master Baker".   Dr. Tim suggested that "Chief Baker" be used instead.   That the master baker "naglalamas" <misheard> and used "supot" and that he must be paid well, lest he leave....sent the class, at the back (they probably misheard master baker -  I did) into guffaws.

It was fun
