As professors, were we able to make a dent in good governance?

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

Thats our sincerest wish but maybe we were successful in private sector.  But hardly made a dent in public sector.

I am monitoring past students at Linked in and they seem to be doing well. But for those who are in govt, I doubt.  Especially those who are in the Legislature.   Parang law of gravity yan in reverse.  Kung saan marami pera duon pupunta duon papanig duon pupunta pag iisip.

We ran an abbreiaviated MBA for a pension fund and the branch manager (at that time the U had program for detecting plagiarism.  We had to subject every paper on plagiarism checker.  I reported the offense to the program director and the complaint was ignored.   The govt agency figured out in a P40b investment loss.  Now the news buried under the rug

    1.  Did we make a dent on corruptions at LGU level?  No  (I asked a chair if he gives to the City Engineer for getting Occupancy permit for his condo project in a city.  He said yest.  He is a retired Col.

    2.  Did we make transactions with the govt faster.  This post suffer 6 to 12 mos lead time to get a LGU
          approval.

3  Did we make a dent in the flood control scandal?  In the drug problem?  NOOOOO.  Maybe those who were KO'd did....
