Hoarding speculating on gold, precious metal, raw land, cars is not a good way to create wealth. Because they do not grow, do not do anything to improve our life on earth.
A good business multiplies, makes life easier, produces thing we need. Thus engaging in agriculture, food production, construction build wealth, Improve our living condition, appearance and condition of the earth.
It makes sense to buy land even though at a high price when you have project for this.
It does not happen to gold to bitcoin.
