Several years ago there bloomed a citizen from this place a citizen with great wealth. She a govt employee acquired a hotel, a resort, a batching plant, several large parcels of land along the highway. At her beck and call was a barangay captain who was brokering thing for her. Or managing the businesses she owned as we were told.
He held the citizen in great awe. How could she amass so much wealth so soon? Her story defied all lessons on entrepreneurship and business management.
