Future solutions to our vault challenges: cost and heavy weight

Every generation needs a revolution - an entrepreneurial revolution

One of the areas we are trying to solve is a step in a process that requires us to build concrete vaults that are at least 2 tons heavy and required heavy lift machinery, safety protocols and  protection.   It costs us a good 4 number to build plus numerous hours to manufacture store, transport and lower for use

There are numerous solutions being proposed:

1  Same concrete vault but:
1 . Use of wire mesh and do away with 10 mm rebars, Use of  lightweight concrete :  with chemicals foamed concrete and lahar pebbles (1/4). +  styropor sandwhich

   2.  Use of plastic virgin plastic:  Inca plastic, Quotes being awaited.

   3.  Use of vaults, using recycled plastic Stefanie will ask from Gentri
For 2 and 3 we ask from waiver from DOH

4   Concrete panels that are manufactured c/o  JR but are say only 2 inches thick instead of 3 inches, to be delivered as panels in bullk and numbered bolted in site at the excavation to do away with vault hauler.  We need more skilled  workers.
