The following were the activities conducted for the 2nd session of the Corporate Entrepreneurship Course held by Prof Jorge for insurance executives at IIAP:
l. Review of yesterday's lesson
2. Lectures:
l. Princes of Serendip
2. Personal Mastery
3. New Product design
4. Innovation and entrepreneurship (Peter Drucker)
5. Innovation or creative imitation?
Grace did not attend; I thought Marika would not come. However it was fun and knowledge filled session. I was compressing a semester into 3 4 hour session. I hope I can do justice to the course

Prof Jorge Entrep holds Corporate Entrep seminar for IIAP

Prof Jorge is conducting a 3 day seminar of insurance executives at Insurance Academy for Asia and Pacific at the said venue. There are currently 8 participants who attended:
1. Marika V. Chavez
2. Izafinna S. Ching
3. Michael Feliciano
4. Michael L. Gatdula
5. Maribeth Hermosa
6. Jeffrey R. Lacson
7. Grace Monica P. Lobrilla
8. Mandy C. Velasquez
Two are Ateneo GSB MBA grads; three are from Phil Charter Insurance (part of Metrobank group) and one worked with Malayan whose fmr President who happens to be a compadre is running for vice mayor of the writer's town
The director of the institute, Prof. Jene Aliwalas invited Prof Jorge to hold this course. IIAP is holding an equivalent MBA degree program specializing in insurance. The coordinator is Yna Empeno who has been very attentive to the needs of the facilitator and the participants.
What were taken up: lectures on entrepreneurship, I am the best self affirmation, new ID - eas; how to conduct a crime, corporate entrepreneurship.
My conclusion was that all the guys were there because they are the best still wanting to be the best. Some were blessed with academic honors; the others are street smart and go getters

Michael F sold stuff, studied in Cambridge Mass; good at selling
